For the beautiful Bride

For this Bridal Shower it was a travel theme

I topped each cupcake with travel icons: Airplane, suitcase, compass, passports and maps. Each topper was done by hand and they were a hit at the shower!

A little fishy

There is a first for everything!

I was asked to make a trout cake for an avid fisherman

Lets Go Blue Jays LETS GO!

Tis the season, some ball fans wanted a fitting cake for the Season opener

Blue Jays all the way!

Bowmanville Antique Show

To Celebrate 40 Years the Bowmanville Antique Show came to me to see what I could come up with for their opening party.

I couldn't resist trying to make the base of the cake look like aged wood, I think it turned out really well with their logo placed on top.

Happy St.Pattys

I had to make these little green cupcakes to share the spirit of St.Patricks day, the cake was also dyed green!!

Welcoming little baby McNab

I just couldn't resist making these adorable cupcakes for the baby shower of a good friend having a little baby girl

Here kitty kitty

This was a Birthday cake for a cat lover, this was a replica of her favorite cat

Vietnamese for Dummies

A very unique Birthday Cake

Just for fun

I recently donated a free dozen cupcakes to a raffle to help support the Northumberland Humane Society, the winner just told me to have fun with it and make them girly and cute.

This is what I came up with!

Day of the Dead

Ironically this was a birthday cake, a huge fan of the celebration of the dead.

All the best Cindy

This was a cake from a crew to their leaving member as she embarked on a new journey within the company

Heros in a Half Shell

When I was asked to make these for a little boys birthday I was so excited

First gum paste Peony

After attending Canadas baking Show I really wanted to try and make sugar flowers, this is my first attempt at the Peony

Port Hope Vintage Film Festival

I was honoured to be asked to make the 20th Anniversary cake for the Annual Vintage Film Festival

The cake was made up of film reels and gold vintage film canisters

I hope this floats!

This cake is my biggest cake to date. Measuring close to 3 feet in length, after all you can't make a small Titanic can you??

I had alot of fun with this cake, it was a labour of love with all of the port windows but I think it turned out as well as I planned!

I hope the cake was a huge hit at the fundraiser for the Historical Committee

Monkey see monkey eat!

A Happy Birthday filled with colour and monkey see monkey do with all the decorations matching the cake and colours.

I had a little fun with the inside of this cake, instead of the plain vanilla I dyed the batter pink and blue! I made it a little surprise for the client for when they made the first cut into the cake! ;)

Kitty love

A birthday cake for a kitty lover, this is a close second for the Birthday girls favorite stuffed animal.

One must? the pink bow

iCake

It's not the real thing but you can't go wrong with cake!
